Based in Stoke, Stoke on Trent, FGH Instrument Services, or "F.I.S." as it is known, was established in May 1988 to specialise in the supply, commission and maintenance of FGH instruments. Despite having a small staff team, F.I.S. are FGH's sole Stoke agent.

F.I.S. is a sister company to FGH Controls Limited, and offers a 24 hour breakdown and contract service throughout the year. Due to their close relations with FGH Controls, F.I.S. trained engineers are able to carry out warranty work on existing FGH products.

From it's premises, F.I.S. can offer most FGH products ex-stock with a large back-up of spares. Also Yokogawa Recorders can be supplied along with spare Charts, Ribbons and Pens for most chart recorders. F.I.S. are also suppliers of Thermocouples, Resistance Thermometers, Compensating Cable and Transducers.
